IMPORTANT COVID -19 POLICY

Due to the COVID-19, I want to ensure the safety/health of my clients and myself by taking the necessary precautions. A safe experience is a great one✨

  • Please make sure to fill out the COVID-19 Policy & Health Screening Form

  • Please refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment.

  • Please sanitize your hands and wash them regularly. You will be requested to your sanitize hands when you arrive.

  • I regularly clean/sanitize my work area by wiping down handles, doorknobs, bathrooms and seating

  • All tools are disinfected and/or sterilized after each client. I use disposable wands and applicators when possible.

  • If you (or someone you live with) have been or are currently feeling sick or unwell please DO NOT attend your appointment and reschedule.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are REQUIRED for all Makeup Appointments. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. The deposit made gets deducted from the total amount due. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your scheduled appointment. Deposits are accepted by Zelle or Cash app at the moment.

LATE FEE

There is a 10 minute grace period. After that, a late fee of $20 will be charged when a client is more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled time. For clients that are late 30 minutes or more, I reserve the right to cancel an appointment if your delay puts me at risk of being late to my next client.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel at any time but you will forfeit any deposit made. If I am unable to service you because of an emergency on my behalf, 100% of the deposit will be refunded by the original form of payment.

GUEST POLICY

Please refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment. The only exception is you and Carmen have discussed otherwise.

PAYMENT

Payment is CASH ONLY

PHOTO RELEASE

 I do hereby release to Carmen Mina, all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately for advertising/ marketing purposes via web, social media, and other means at their discretion

TRAVEL FEE

For all and any travel there is a travel fee. Travel fee is the cost of Carmen's transportation going and coming back and any additional fees acquired while traveling.The only time travel fee is waived is when 5 people or more are getting serviced (limited to NY State) or at Carmen's Discretion.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

You agree that will not disclose any confidential information or share pricing, techniques, conversations or Makeup kit materials, and any information referencing your session without being authorized by Carmen’s Artistry in writing to do so. All information shared by Carmen's Artistry "Confidential Information" shall mean (i) all information relating to Carmen's Artistry products, business and operations including, but not limited to, financial documents and plans, customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, marketing strategies, vendors, products, product development plans, technical product data, product samples, costs, sources, strategies, operations procedures, proprietary concepts, inventions, sales leads, sales data, customer lists, customer profiles, technical advice or knowledge, contractual agreements, price lists, supplier lists, sales estimates, product specifications, trade secrets, distribution methods, inventories, marketing strategies, source code, software, algorithms, data, drawings or schematics, blueprints, computer programs and systems and know-how or other intellectual property of Carmen's Artistry and its affiliates that may be at any time furnished, communicated or delivered by Carmen's Artistry to Receiving Party, whether in oral, tangible, electronic or other form; (ii) the terms of any agreement, including this Agreement, and the discussions, negotiations and proposals related to any agreement; (iii) information acquired during any tours of Carmen Artistry ’s facilities; and (iv) all other non-public information provided by Carmen's Artistry. All Confidential Information shall remain the property of Carmen's Artistry.
